    Title pretty much states it all. Very Very Hard to find vintage 12 gram changer. Used myself a handful of times when I was half my current age. Item will be sold as an as-is condition due to its age. Threads are in great shape still and lever clamps and holds 12 grams in chamber just fine. I believe some lube or new seals will be needed just because of aging reasons, but there are no bends or major dents or scratches in item.
