Antique Priest's Pharmacy Toms River Ocean County NJ Ground Pontil Bottle

Description

The label on this bottle says "TR VALERIAN - PRIEST'S PHARMACY - DANIEL S. PRIEST, Prop. - TOMS RIVER - NEW JERSEY". The reverse partial label has "TINCTURE VALERIAN - Schieffelin".  The bottle measures 8 1/4 inches tall including the stopper, and 3 inches wide. There is a polished pontil mark on the bottom.
The bottle has no cracks or chips.
This bottle came out of the basement of the former Priest's Pharmacy building on the corner of Washington Street & Robbins Street in downtown Toms River before it burned down a few years ago.
