Welcome to Milkweed Antiques. I love to consider reasonable offers. Please email these offers and questions. This box of poker chips has a label on the end of the box that reads "100 F.W.V. - POKER CHIPS - Non Breakable - Odorless - Non-Inflamable - Color ________". The box is not marked as such, but these chips were made in the United States. In china marker on the top of the box is "25". This was the original price. On one side of the lid is "3-9319". Originally there were 100 chips, I am missing 6 chips. There are 24 blue, 23 red, and 47 yellow. The chips have a 1-1/2" diameter. They have white mottled into the colors in a horizontal or vertical pattern. I cannot decide whether these are bakelite or not. They do not have the transparent edges like catalin. I did do the hot water test on one, and it had a very strong chemical smell. The box is 3-1/4" wide x 1-5/8" tall x 6-1/2" deep. They are from the 1930s.
These chips were used. There are a couple that have nicks to the edges. And many have scuffs from being rubbed together. The box has 1 lid corner and 2 bottom corners that are torn. Please see my pictures.
I accept returns for any reason. Buyer pays return shipping costs unless I missed a condition issue. I love to combine shipping costs if you buy more than one item. Thanks for shopping in my store!!
