New & Unused, in the exact condition as when we shipped

Please contact us before returning item. All returned items must have tracking purchased as well, as this is the way we shipped. Notification within 2 days of receipt is required if there was an error with your purchase or if you are returning the item. Electronic Pictures are required for any item damaged in the mail. The insurance company we use (ship saver insurance ) requires any item damaged from shipping have electronic pictures submitted online / uploaded to ebay as said proof of shipping damage to item as well as pictures of original packaging from shipping.
