The mag was used, there are several pages where the original owner used a pen to write special notations regarding the models that he was interested in.     I have up for sale a nice used vintage original September 1952 THE ENTHUSIAST Magazine stamped WITHROW HARLEY DAVISION SALES 2104 Texas St.  El Paso , Texas .  The mag is in very good shape albeit the original owner wrote notations next to several of the motorcycle models as shown in the pics. In my way of thinking ,this is not a negative rather a positive as it indicates the value to the original owner .
    ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics.
    IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED  -CONTACT ME ASAP -  KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM.  YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE.
