    Description

    You are bidding on a Baltimore, Maryland commemorative or souvenir plate/pipe set. Both pieces of the set are glass and have a matching hand-painted design with stamped words.  The plate has a diameter of 13.5 cm or 5.5 inches.  The matching pipe is 6" (14.5cm) long and 2.75" (7cm) high.  There is no indication of a date or location of manufacture, but I am assured by the owner that it is old, prior to 1970.  The plate and pipe are fully intact, no chips, cracks or mending.  The design is painted with a stamped words, I believe.
