long-range, high-altitude, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance
plane... the
SR-71 Blackbird.  The Under the Radar pen adapts the SR-71 Blackbird's stealth black paint job and ultra-modern engineering to the acid-etched barrel of the tapered Tornado rollerball.  This unique rollerball’s trim, clip, and knurled twist-top are finished in stealth matte black. It's been 55 years after its first flight, but the Blackbird still holds records for the fastest speed for a non-rocket-powered aircraft and highest altitude in horizontal flight. Only 951 pens were made, and they are sold out in retail stores.
